Typical Application for MIC33030 8MHz 400mA Internal Inductor Buck Regulator with Hyper Light Load. The MIC33030 is a high-efficiency, 8MHz, 400mA synchronous buck regulator with an internal inductor and Hyper Light Load mode. Hyper Light Load provides very high efficiency at light loads and ultra-fast transient response that is perfectly suited for supplying processor core voltages. An additional benefit of this proprietary architecture is the very low output ripple voltage throughout the entire load range with the use of small output capacitors. The tiny 2.0mm x 2.5mm HMLF package saves precious board space with an integrated inductor and requires only two external capacitors
